Rates are current and are posted on this website. Our terms are subject to adjustments, based on various agreements between Blacktip IT Services and your firm.
- Business hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm ET Monday through Friday. Note: Support outside of these hours is billed at 2x the standard rate.
- Onsite support has a one-hour minimum.
- Time and Materials (T&M) is billed in 15 minute increments. This includes email, phone and remote support.
- Hardware/software purchases for clients have a standard 10% up-charge.
- If within 25 miles, free.
- Outside of 25 miles is a $75 charge.
- Outside of 50 miles is billed at the hourly rate, both directions.
Due to the high demand for appointments and our desire to help as many of our clients as possible, we have had to implement a strict cancellation policy:
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, our terms require a cancellation fee equal to one hour’s rate.
