1. We start with planning
Yes, actual honest-to-goodness planning. We sit with you and walkthrough the problem set so that we can better understand your needs.
2. We define an IT Blueprint
What is an IT Blueprint? Imagine going to an Architect. After sitting with them (also known as “planning”), you then receive a physical document that walks you through the design & implementation. Well, Blacktip IT Services is no different.
3. We agree on the terms
Yes, this is where we agree on what the work will be and how it will be done. It’s pretty simple. We have you sign our standard client agreement and the IT Blueprint.
4. We set a date
Once we’ve agreed on the terms, the next step stays simple. We select a date for when we start working. We try to accommodate your working needs within our standard business hours. There won’t be any surprises and we are very flexible if you have special needs.
5. We implement and provide training
Work begins and the process of providing you with Apple products is exciting for everyone involved. When the implementation is complete, we then begin training.
6. We follow-up and provide continued support
You will now have an “IT Team” that provides long-term planning and technical direction and comes out regularly to install any updates and resolve any potential technical issues. We have many ways to provide support, including managed services.
